Ravenslade provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for the delivery of a high quality 22,000 sq ft industrial scheme in Weston Super Mare and within the Weston Gateway Business Park, part of the J21 Enterprise area, making it one of the South Wests most high profile business parks.

The first phase consisting of 14 individual units were fully let or sold prior to completion. The second phase comprising of 4 units was completed with zero snagging and forward sold to an investor. Both phases were delivered on time and budget.

Site constraints proved a challenge with deep piled foundations in difficult ground conditions, adjacency to an open rhyne watercourse and overhead National Grid cables/pylons.
