Raglan Court, Plymouth
Ravenslade partners with BCHA on Plymouth’s Raglan Court redevelopment, replacing 1960s building with 27 apartments to provide housing for homeless families
The proposals require the demolition of an existing 1960s building currently providing apartments at Raglan Court to allow for the construction of a replacement new five storey building comprising 27 self contained apartments for homeless families.
The proposals include car parking spaces and secure cycle storage for residents, plus onsite storage for refuse and recycling.
Planning Consent is expected in 2026 with construction starting in 2027.
