Ravenslade are providing Project Management/Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services for the delivery of Phase 1 at Pinnacle Business Park, located off J21 M5, Weston-super-Mare.
The works involve the construction of 16 new employment/business units across three terraced steel portal-framed blocks. Once complete, Phase 1 will deliver 16 high-quality units in a range of sizes, designed to support local business growth and future expansion. The scheme is also targeting a BREEAM ‘Good’ rating, reflecting its strong sustainability credentials.
The project is progressing at pace and is set to become a key asset for Weston-super-Mare’s employment landscape.
