Monkerton Community Primary School
Ravenslade supports Cornerstone MAT on Monkerton Primary, providing technical advice and PM services for a digitally advanced, futureproofed 420–630-place school
Ravenslade was appointed to represent Cornerstone Academy Trust at the outset of the process, following its confirmation as the successful sponsor of the new 630-place school. Ravenslade was subsequently retained to provide technical support and professional advice throughout the project, from early design stages through to handover.
The school was designed with an innovative approach to classroom layouts and the integration of leading digital technologies to support primary education. Initially constructed as a 420-place school, the development was future-proofed with the space and infrastructure required to expand to accommodate 630 pupils.
The project was procured through the DfE ESFA framework.
