Ravenslade provided full Quantity Surveying services for the delivery of a highly sustainable residential development set within the beautiful landscape of East Devon.

The project involved the replacement of two existing semi-detached dwellings and outbuildings with a terrace of three, two-storey, three-bedroom timber frame homes with detached garages.

Key highlights of the scheme included:

- Highly sustainable design built to Passivhaus certified standards.

- Solar panels, battery storage, and EV charging.

- Natural slate roof, reclaimed stone plinths, and timber frame construction with triple-glazed alu-clad timber windows and doors.

- Generous private gardens, driveways, and garages for parking.

- A modern aesthetic that harmonised with the local character, incorporating healthy building principles.

- Ecological mitigation measures, including a new bat roost.
