As part of the overall master-planning for Kingsbridge, Ravenslade were appointed to provide a cost option appraisal for the development of the K2 site at Kingsbridge Quay. Ravenslade acted as a sub-consultant to Montagu Evans alongside the designer LHC Architects.

The proposals were presented for public consultation, with the aim of promoting significant mixed-use development in the area, including residential (both private and affordable housing), commercial, community, and leisure uses.

As part of the commission, we provided a range of high-level cost options developed in liaison with the design team and the commissioning authority, South Hams District Council. The proposed site had specific conditions and constraints, each of which was carefully considered to provide a robust cost appraisal to inform development decisions.

Following this commission, Ravenslade secured repeat business from South Hams District Council for a series of cost appraisals on various sites owned and designated for potential redevelopment.
