City College Plymouth commissioned the re-modelling of their existing library space on the Main Kings Road Campus.

The works transformed a tired and outdated library into a vibrant and digitally advanced space, creating a bright new learning area for students.

The comprehensive refurbishment included a new comfort cooling system, updated ceilings and floor finishes, and bespoke reception joinery, providing a comfortable environment for study and learning.

The project was managed in tandem with the city centre project for City College Plymouth. The same design team and contractor were appointed to achieve efficiencies in both programme and delivery.

The demanding schedule and client expectations were fully met, reflecting the hard work of the project team.
