Bridgwater Gateway
Plot 1600 - Phase 1 & 2

Ravenslade delivers 10 self-contained business units at Bridgwater Gateway

Ravenslade was appointed to provide full Project Management and Quantity Surveying services and has been retained since 2016 to manage multiple phases of development across the site.

The project involved the construction of 50,000 sq ft of speculative industrial accommodation delivered over two phases, comprising ten self-contained units with mezzanine floors. Phase 1 delivered a terrace of units, while Phase 2 provided a further five self-contained speculative units totalling 26,000 sq ft. Each 5,300 sq ft unit includes a clear-span warehouse alongside an accommodation block with a fully fitted first-floor office suite.

A key feature of the development is the provision of a large, dedicated car park positioned to the front of the units, complemented by separate rear access to a generous service yard. Reflecting the high-quality setting of the business park, the scheme incorporates extensive landscaping, including new trees, hedging, grassed areas, and shrub planting.
