Bridgwater Gateway
Plot 1600 - Phase 3

Ravenslade manages next Bridgwater Gateway phase, providing PM, Employers Agent, and QS services for four new industrial units with EV facilities

Ravenslade has been appointed to provide Project Management, Employer’s Agent, and Quantity Surveying services for the delivery of four new mixed-use employment units.

• Unit 1611 – 11,000 sq ft (currently under offer)
• *Unit 1612 – 12,000 sq ft
• *Unit 1614 – 20,450 sq ft
• *Unit 1615 – 20,450 sq ft

These units have been intelligently designed with the occupier front of mind, shaped by real feedback from businesses to create highly functional, future-ready space.

Each unit will deliver:

✔ EPC A+ rating
✔ Secure yards with dedicated access
✔ Landscaped car parking areas
✔ Solar PV panels to help reduce energy costs
✔ EV charging infrastructure
✔ Air source heat pumps for efficient climate control
✔ High-specification office accommodation

Unit 1612 goes a step further, incorporating features typically found in much larger buildings, including staff wellness areas, canteen facilities, locker rooms, and internal cycle storage; supporting modern ways of working and employee wellbeing.

This latest phase continues to reinforce Bridgwater Gateway’s commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable commercial space for occupiers across the South West.

Construction is programmed to commence in Summer 2026.
