Bridgwater Gateway
Plot 1600 - Phase 3
Ravenslade manages next Bridgwater Gateway phase, providing PM, Employers Agent, and QS services for four new industrial units with EV facilities
Ravenslade has been appointed to provide Project Management, Employer’s Agent, and Quantity Surveying services for the delivery of four new mixed-use employment units. The scheme includes associated car parking with EV charging provision, internal circulation routes, landscaping, and supporting infrastructure.
The proposed development occupies a 4.09-acre site and comprises:
Plot 1611: An 11,000 sq ft industrial unit
Plot 1612: A 12,000 sq ft industrial unit
Plots 1614–1615: Two industrial units of approximately 20,000 sq ft each
Construction is programmed to commence in spring 2026.
