OUR PROJECTS

Ravenslade were commissioned to provide full project controls, undertaking both Project Management and Quantity Surveying roles for the delivery of ten EPC A+ light industrial business units at Bridgwater Gateway.

This highly sustainable design is the result of extensive research and innovation by the client and the design team.

Using steel frame construction, the units will incorporate a large solar array and battery storage to reduce operational energy demand, while also providing dedicated EV charging for each unit.

The scheme responds directly to occupier demand for better-quality design and lower energy costs—key objectives that this development sets out to deliver.

Construction of the project is scheduled to begin in 2026 where our services will continue.
