Ravenslade are providing Project Management / Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services for the next phase at Bridgwater Gateway.
The works comprises the provision of new Shell and Core units for a Greggs Drive Thru and Dominos, together with an EV Hub providing16 rapid EV Source car charging spaces
Works commenced on site August 2025 and are due to complete early 2026 ready for the tenants fit out.
