Ravenslade provided Project Management / Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services for the next phase at Bridgwater Gateway.
The works comprised the provision of new Shell and Core units for a Greggs Drive Thru and Dominos, together with an EV Hub providing16 rapid EV Source car charging spaces
Works commenced on site August 2025 and completed in February 2026.
