Ravenslade leads full project controls delivering 45,000 sq ft factory and offices on complex former coal site within Midlands hub
Ravenslade were commissioned to provide full project controls, undertaking Development & Project Management, Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying roles for the delivery of a new 45,000 sq ft factory with two-storey office accommodation.
The development, located in the West Midlands, is within easy reach of the M42, M1, M6 and M40. Bretby Business Park itself is a well-established 35-acre site comprising 323,000 sq ft of office and industrial accommodation.
The plateau development area lies on former coal workings, requiring extensive ground remediation and piled foundations. The wider scheme includes 70,000 sq ft across three new industrial blocks, along with new roadways and utilities to service the site.
