Ravenslade provided project management services for Grenadier Estates on these amazing sustainably designed lodges located near Bude in Cornwall.

The lodges incorporate many renewable energy features such as PV panels, solar hot water and air source heat pumps that enable the lodges to run solely on renewable energy.

The development won the ‘Sustainable Project of the Year’ at the Michelmores Property Awards, the South West’s premier property competition. The project team, including locally based Bazeley Architects, managed the many challenges encountered during the works which were completed in 15 months.

The works were carried out under a traditional form of build contract and completed on time, on budget and to the very high standards required for this luxury scheme.
