OUR PROJECTS

Completed projects include:

• Phase 1: Refurbishment of existing office accommodation and installation of a new mezzanine floor to expand first-floor office space.

• Phase 2: Fit-out of the mezzanine level to create open-plan office space.

• QC3 Laboratory: Comprehensive refurbishment of an existing research laboratory within the main site.

• AHU Replacement (Main Building): Initial phase of a planned air handling unit replacement programme. Works included installation of a roof-mounted working platform above the warehouse with necessary structural supports, and installation of the new AHU.

• Energy Centre: Design and tender documentation for a proposed new energy centre, although project did not proceed due to investment decision.

• Granulation Suites Drainage: Cost planning and tender documentation for drainage system upgrades.

Current and ongoing commissions:

• Replacement of Parts Washers: Supporting production operations through the replacement of parts washers, involving internal space remodelling.

• Steam Supply Migration: Supporting the transition to a steam-based supply system across the main facility.

• AHU Plant Replacement (Granulation Suites): A complex project involving installation of a new working platform above live production areas to accommodate two replacement AHUs. Works also included removal of redundant systems and installation of new ceilings, lighting, and purified water systems within the granulation suites.

• Rolling AHU Replacement Programme: Ongoing phased replacement of aging air handling units across the site.
