Pete joined Ravenslade in 2016 and is Director and Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
Pete will lead on:

Early stage project appraisals/master planning and funding bid preparation

Cost planning, value engineering, tender analysis,

Strategic advice on procurement and contractor selection

Development fund monitoring
When not working, Pete enjoys spending time with his wife and children, exploring the beautiful beaches and countryside of Devon and Cornwall. Pete loves football and will confess to being a bit of a Liverpool fan!

20+ years construction experience with consulting and contracting organisations

15+ years working on public sector projects including schools, libraries, community buildings
