Westone is a high quality 22,000 sq ft industrial scheme in Weston Super Mare.

This was an enjoyable and successful project that we delivered for a great client who entrusted us to manage the project whilst he went travelling with his family. He did call us occasionally from overseas to see how it was going and returned just in time to accept handover of the building!

The first phase consisting of 14 individual units were fully let or sold prior to completion. The second phase comprising of 4 units was completed in 2019 and forward sold to an investor.

This good news story was the achievement of the client Landmore Developments which is owned by Ryan Anderson listed as one of the Top 50 South West Entrepreneurs.

Devon Contractors were the Principal Contractor on both phases and delivered the project within programme and budget.
