Paul is the founder at Ravenslade and a Chartered Project Management Surveyor with:

• A career background in Building Surveying and Architectural Design

• 30 years property and construction experience with consulting and contracting organisations,

• 16 years client side experience working at Director level for leading regional property development companies.

• Specialist skill sets in the commercial property, education, healthcare and residential sectors

Paul will lead the project with a practical hands on approach to ensure a healthy balance of good design in conjunction with delivery to meet the cost, quality, function and programme objectives.

When not working, Paul spends time with his grown up family and running around with their children and is a keen follower of Exeter Chiefs and F1 along with holidaying in beautiful Italy being a favourite destination.

Pete is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 20 years’ experience working for major contracting and consulting organisations on projects within the commercial property, education, private residential, healthcare & rail sectors.

Pete will lead on:

• Early stage project appraisals/master planning and funding bid preparation

• Managing the financial aspects relating to each project including cost planning, value engineering, tender analysis, monthly financial reporting, cash flow profiling, final account preparation and fund monitoring

• Strategic advice on procurement and contractor selection, including contract type, risk profiling, tendering procedures and programming

Dan is an experienced Building Surveyor and Project Manager who joined our team in 2021.

Dan has over 9 years’ relevant experience which has been more recently gained as Client Property Manager and lead overseeing a capital project programme of works on a public sector estate of 80+ buildings. Dan’s previous experience also includes a Senior Consultant/Programme Manager role with a national Project Management company and Building Surveyor with a renowned regional surveying firm.

Dan’s experience has covered a broad range of public and private sector projects and his skillsets as a building surveyor suit the nature of refurbishment works as well as new build developments acting as a one stop consultant to deliver project management, building surveying and principal designer services.

Dan is personable, has good communication skills, a keen eye for detail and will always work closely with the client to represent their interests.

 Qualifications

• BSc Building Surveying (RICS Accredited) with First Class Honours

• NEC3 ECC Project Manager Accreditation

• CIEH Accredited HHSRS Inspector

• NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health & Safety

Project Management/Contract Administration Skillsets

• Experienced Project Manager with responsibility for leading multi- disciplinary design teams.

• Experienced Contract Administrator with excellent working knowledge of the JCT and NEC Contract suites

• Experienced in managing contracts within a live operational environment

• Experienced in managing internal and external stakeholders
