Festival Park Shopping Centre, South Wales

140,000sqft new build retail factory designer outlets built in two phases.

Multiple occupiers include Costa, Gap, Holland and Barratt. The developer held the investment for several years before selling.

Twyford Shopping Centre, Evesham

First phase consisted of a 35,000 sqft retail and garden centre set in a beautiful Country Park. 

Eagle One have retained the development.
