Monkerton in Exeter is a 410-primary school with 60 place nursery and the facility to expand to a 630 place school in due course. The project has been procured through the DfE ESFA framework.

Ravenslade were appointed to represent the Academy at the start of the process when they were confirmed as the successful sponsor of the new school. We have been retained to provide technical support and advice to Cornerstone Academy Trust throughout their entire journey to project handover.

The design of the school includes innovative use of classroom space and leading digital technology for primary school education.

Monkerton Community Primary School opened its door in September 2021.
