Ravenslade will work alongside a landowner to optimise site potential and realise value.

We will invest our time and expertise to work with our associate contacts including Architects, Planning Consultants and Land Agents, utilising our property development experience to appraise and assemble all the information required to promote and fund the site opportunity, including the following:

  • Overall development appraisal and strategy including costs of development

  • Marketing appraisal and analysis of end-user demand

  • Assessment of site risks and threats to success

  • Master plan design, planning appraisal and submission of planning application following consultation with the local authority and other stakeholders

  • Assess available funding streams and promotion costs

  • Facilitating a forward sale of the site

Examples of past and current projects include:

  • Unlocking a redundant brownfield site and achieving a forward sale. Planning was won for 10 homes via appeal and an onerous restrictive covenant was also successfully removed.

  • Appraisal for a potential major residential scheme on surplus school land where the capital receipt from a sale would be re-invested back into the school.
