Conversion of the former Royal Wilton Carpet Factory complex near Salisbury.
A unique development occupying an island site on the River Wylye and comprising a range of Grade II listed buildings and former dye houses arranged into 16 shop units totalling 46,000 sq ft (circa 4,300 sq m).
Tenants include the Edinburgh Woollen Mill, Wilton Carpets, Cotton Traders and Julian Graves.
Refurbished in phases over a 14 month period to suit the transitional requirements of the existing use which had been operational on the site for over 35 years.
The redevelopment included a former mill and 300 year old grade 2 listed buildings in a historic courtyard setting, converted into retail units and a museum centre.
